    Yummy dim sum dishes served quickly. We've enjoyed dim sum at many different places, but still found new things to try at Ocean Harbor. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't experience a wait...even on a busy Saturday morning! The wait staff serves very quickly and efficiently. Very enjoyable meal. Will definitely eat there again!

    Food is OK. But the service is not so nice. They enforce you to pay tips and you have no choice on the invoice if you pay credit card. If you pay cash, they will shout at you if you don't give tips. Yesterday I went there and two groups of customers are ahead of me. I saw one of them is their acquaintance and didn't pay tips. The other group is not Chinese and didn't pay tips either. They didn't say another thing. When it was my turn, I didn't really want to pay tips because of their poor service and also didn't where how. One lady beside the cashier shouted at me and saying "You didn't pay tips" and I think everyone there can hear it. I felt really embarrassed. In fact I usually pay about 20%, but this time I paid 15%.

    This is one of two spots that my family goes for dim sum Philly. I don't like getting into the whole NYC vs Philly dim sum with them so I just tell them I enjoy the food at Ocean Harbor. The dim sum is tasty. The shrimp in rice crepe should be a little more abundant at this place... which led to the one star reduction ;)

    Very nice place for dim sum. Place usually gets super busy when they open. I usually get there when ocean harbor opens so I don't have to wait for a table. The food is good.

    Popular, crowded. Food was good but I didn't find many options that were really good. Went on Sunday morning for dimsum lunch. Have been to better places in Philadelphia China Town.
